Our governance structure allows the Board to efficiently perform its fiduciary duties, set policy, work closely with advisory committees, and define strategy and goals based on conversations and engagement with our member community. The Minister, as Head of Staff, and Staff provide guidance for the volunteer Team leaders and member participants who carry out the programs and ministries of our beloved community.
