Our Organizational Chart shows a policy-based governance structure that allows the Board to efficiently perform its fiduciary duties, set policy, and define annual goals based on conversations and engagement with our member community. The Minister, as Head of Staff, and Staff provide guidance for the volunteer Team leaders and member participants who carry out the programs and ministries of our beloved community.
